Welcome

July 15, 16, and 17th — Please join us for one, two or all three nights!

Fr. William Wagner from Opus Angelorum is coming to Kalispell July 15 – July 17 to share his presentation on the Holy Angels!  Each night, the St. Matthew’s Summer Mission begins with confessions from 6–7 p.m.., followed by Fr. Wagner’s presentation from 7–8 p.m..  As always, light refreshments will be served afterwards.  The Mission is held in the Doran Center (the lower level of St. Matthew’s Church) and is open to everyone in the community (you do not need to attend each night of the Mission, but it would be awesome if you do!)  We hope to see you there!  For more information, please click on the picture above or visit: http://www.stmatthewskalispell.org/special-presentation-on-angels/

WELCOME To Saint Matthew’s!

Dear Friends in Christ, it is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in beautiful Kalispell, Montana. Along with me, our parish has a permanent deacon, Deacon Charlie Harball. Either of us can help answer questions you have about the Catholic Faith, this parish or spiritual needs.

We have a Social Concerns office that strives to minister to the poor and needy in Kalispell and beyond through a variety of ministries such as providing the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist to the homebound by way of Extra-Ordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. Please contact the parish office if you or a loved one is hospitalized or becomes homebound.

We have a wonderful elementary school, grades K – 8, that is a vital part of our parish life and ministry. We also provide Religious Education classes for all ages. We have a strong and vibrant youth ministry for all our youth. We provide ample opportunities for adult religious education as well to help us continue to grow in our faith. For those inquiring in to the Catholic faith we have the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.

We invite you to be a part of our worship life and join us each Sunday for the celebration of the Most Holy Eucharist and to be an active member or our parish family. Please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions. It is a pleasure to be your pastor and to be part of the staff that serves the people of God gathered at St. Matthew’s.

Yours in Christ,  Fr. Rod Ermatinger
